Rusty Williams, is a Kanawha County resident and cancer survivor. Rusty was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and denied health insurance coverage three times due to his illness. Thankfully, West Virginia was one of the first states to expand Medicaid, so after spending six weeks fighting bureaucrats, Rusty was finally able to receive coverage and begin my life saving treatments. He is forever grateful for the ACA and Medicaid expansion.
